How does the controlled rollout work?
Places are limited during this controlled rollout. When places are available, you can choose a plan and start a trial. Once they are filled, registration closes until the next opening. Join the optional mailing list for announcements; joining does not reserve a place.
What does joining the mailing list cost?
Nothing. No payment and no credit card are required to join. Customers see the Terms & Conditions before choosing a paid plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plans include a 14-day trial. A payment method is required at checkout, and billing begins after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same monthly or annual term until canceled. You can manage and cancel through the billing portal. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing term.
Who handles checkout and payment?
Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and buyer billing services.
Does canceling delete my account?
No. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal but does not delete your Unisium account. For account-data or deletion requests, email privacy@unisium.io. For billing help or refund requests, read our Refund Policy or email learn@unisium.io.
Will the price change?
These are the current prices: $30 USD/month or $250 USD/year. Prices may increase as Unisium expands. If you subscribe, any price change would apply only to a later billing period, with notice before you are charged.
