Unisium subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments and refunds.
Refund requests for purchases made through Paddle are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
You can request a refund through Paddle's buyer-support service, or email learn@unisium.io and we will help you with the request.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a charge already made. See our Subscription Terms for information about trials, renewals, and cancellation.
