These Subscription Terms apply to paid access to Unisium, provided by Unisium AS. They should be read together with the price and renewal details shown before checkout, the Privacy Policy, and Paddle's Buyer Terms for the transaction.
1. Eligibility and account
Unisium is for users aged 18 or older. Your subscription is for your own Unisium account. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact learn@unisium.io if you believe your account has been misused.
2. Plans and trial
- Monthly: $30 USD per month.
- Annual: $250 USD for one year, charged upfront.
- Both plans include a 14-day trial and require a payment method at checkout.
Paid access begins with the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle charges the selected monthly or annual price when the trial ends.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same monthly or annual term until canceled. You can manage your subscription and cancel through the billing portal available from your Unisium billing page and Paddle's subscription emails.
Cancel during the trial to avoid the first charge. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing term, and access continues until that date unless a different outcome is required by law or confirmed to you.
4. Paddle, payment, and taxes
Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the purchase. Paddle processes payment, calculates applicable taxes, provides transaction documents, and operates buyer billing services. The total charge and applicable taxes are shown in Paddle checkout before you complete the purchase.
5. Refunds and support
For billing help or to request a refund, email learn@unisium.io. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
6. Subscription cancellation and account deletion
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not delete your Unisium account or its study data. To request access to your personal data or deletion of your Unisium account, email privacy@unisium.io. Some transaction, accounting, or security records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Changes do not create a new charge without the notice or consent required by applicable law. The price and subscription term presented and accepted at checkout govern that purchase.
